From the moment this chapter of Barack Obama's latest dog and pony show began to unwind, it occurred to me that both Candy Crowley and Kerry Ladka were complicit in the anointed one's latest act of deception.
There were instances during the debate that appear scripted but most obvious and as laid out by The Conservative Treehouse was Ladka's Libya question, Obama's much practiced response…
