Killing us softly, one treaty at a time. – Tea Party Nation.

Elections have consequences.  The consequence of putting anti-American Marxists in charge of the White House is they will do everything in their power to destroy America and its sovereignty.

 Now something is coming down that is so bad, even liberals object to it.

 What is it?

 It is something called the Trans Pacific Partnership or TPP.

 It is something so bad that the Obama Regime has classified the drafts of the agreement and the working papers for the treaty.  Ron Wyden, Democrat Senator from Oregon demanded to see them.  When he was told no because they were classified, he filed legislation to be allowed to see them.

 While Senators who have over sight over the Treaty and International Trade are denied access to the treaty drafts, more than 600 corporate representatives are being allowed not only access but also input.

 This “treaty” has some provisions that should make every American quake in fear.

 Some of these horrifying provisions:

 limit how U.S. federal and state officials could regulate foreign firms operating within U.S.  boundaries, with requirements to provide them greater rights than domestic firms;

  • extend the incentives for U.S. firms to offshore investment and jobs to lower-wage countries;
  • establish a two-track legal system that gives foreign firms new rights to skirt U.S. courts and laws, directly sue the U.S. government before foreign tribunals and demand compensation for financial, health, environmental, land use and other laws they claim undermine their TPP privileges; and
  • allow foreign firms to demand compensation for the costs of complying with U.S. financial or environmental regulations that apply equally to domestic and foreign firms.

 We have record unemployment in the Great Obama Depression and the Regime is now working on a new treaty that would be devastating not only to America’s economy and workforce, but to our sovereignty as well.

 This proposed treaty is so bad that Australia has refused to be a part of it.

 The most alarming part of this proposed treaty is the creation of an International Tribunal that would in theory have superior jurisdiction than our Supreme Court.

 In other words, this tribunal could overrule our Supreme Court as it applies our laws to foreign corporations

 This agreement as a whole will give foreign corporations a competitive advantage in the United States against AMERICAN CORPORATIONS.

 What is wrong with this picture?

 An unusual coalition of liberals and conservatives is coming together to fight this treaty.   While liberals and conservatives have different reasons for opposing this treaty, no matter how you slice it, the treaty is a very bad idea.

 What would Mitt Romney do as President?

 There is no telling.  He is a corporatist.  Perhaps he would do the right thing, but hope is not a strategy.

 What we need is a strong body of conservative Senators who will kill that treaty for all time.

 We need conservative Senators who will automatically reject dangerous treaties like this one and the Law of the Sea Treaty.

 This is why elections are important.  This is why the Obama Regime must be voted out in November.  This is why we must do to Obama what he has done to so many Americans.

 We must put him in the unemployment line.
