Saturday marked the end of a nearly two-week period spent on a relative’s rural Tennessee property with no internet, no news, no research, no writing, no anything of the sort; just plenty of time playing cowboy lending a hand with the cattle on the property and enjoying the simplicity of country life. It was good for both mind and soul. I was even fortunate enough to escape to northwestern Arkansas to stomp around my grandparent’s old home in the Ozarks and do some trout fishing on the White River. I hadn’t been there in 35 years and was fortunate enough to catch a couple. Upon returning, one thing was very clear – we are right on schedule in Barack Obama’s third term [1] [2] [3] and it has us on the brink of designed collapse and destruction.

Unless Americans unite, assume personal risk to actually fight back and begin that fight, it’s all over, folks. We already have one foot around a corner from which we’ll never return.

Give pause to think back to December 30, 2019. That was the eve of the first newscast claiming a viral outbreak in China. It was a desperate time for the cabal of Globalists, their bought-and-paid-for political class and a cartel of evil that had failed to impeach President Trump. The corruption was being largely exposed; including the MSM. The economy was strong. Employment was strong; especially for women and minorities. The southern border was secure with progress towards human and drug trafficking. America was energy independent. Inflation did not exist. Food was plentiful. Fuel was reasonable. Russia was stable. Ukraine was a lesser matter. North Korea was stable. Iran was isolated. China was on the ropes. Peace was at hand.

The next day changed the world and it served as the impetus for everything from that point and forward to the present: a summer of rioting, burning and murder; medical tyranny as the mechanism to usher in Marxist communism; the controlled demolition of small business; families locked down in their homes; schools and business shuttered; addiction, overdose and death rates exploded; mandates for masks that were known not to work and which will never work; mandated human genetic experimentation dressed-up as “vaccines” and serving as literal bioweapons, just like the virus they were touted to prevent; a stolen election; a proxy regime; an entrapment scheme against conservatives exercising their First Amendment rights at the U.S. Capitol; an open southern border with unprecedented illegal immigration; a devastating withdrawal from Afghanistan that handed it over to China; manufactured conflict and war with Russia over Ukraine and soon to be China over Taiwan and the South China Sea; rampant and unprecedented inflation; skyrocketing prices for food, fuel and other critical goods; manufactured supply chain problems; a manufactured global food crisis to facilitate starving a global population; the introduction of a new virus to continue medical tyranny; and the obvious implementation of what I have branded the global plantation.

In consideration of the above image, there is a reason the illegitimate Biden Administration facilitated over 1 million illegal aliens crossing the southern border in the regime’s first year in office, which represents Obama’s ninth.

If Americans continue down the path of being abjectly un-American while remaining afraid to assume personal risk to actually fight back in unity, we’ll all be living on that global plantation and no one will come to save us. Today is day 121 of year 3 of “flatten the curve” for 2 weeks. Let that sink in for a moment. It doesn’t get any more un-American than that.

The two dead horses I kick most often are simple ones to comprehend: 1-COVID-19 is never going away and 2-these people will never stop until they are made to stop. A Colorado man has tested positive for an H5 bird flu virus, the first such case in the U.S., health officials said April 28.
The Colorado health department said the man, who is younger than 40, had been working on a commercial farm with poultry that, according to the CDC, was presumably infected with H5N1.
He reported fatigue as his only symptom and is now in isolation and being treated with the flu antiviral drug oseltamivir.
It’s unclear whether the exposure resulted in an infection, according to statements from the health agencies. Officials from the Colorado health department said a positive test result came from a single nasal specimen. The CDC confirmed that result April 27, though it said repeat testing has been negative.

“Because the person was in close contact with infected poultry, the virus may have been present in the person’s nose without causing infection,” the Colorado health department said. The CDC said whether the positive test was the result of “surface contamination of the nasal membrane” cannot be determined now.
“The appropriate public health response at this time is to assume this is an infection and take actions to contain and treat,” the CDC said, adding risk to the general public remains low.

Do you remember how COVID-19 was unpacked on us? Cue this video up to 4:26 and it will become immediately obvious relative to the CDC’s claims about bird flu and that the “risk to the general public remains low.” We’re in rinse/repeat mode. Just watch.

The takeaway is that these people never ask you to go from A to Z in one step but rather and in accordance to the tenets of psychological warfare, they usher the sheep along incrementally by moving through every stop in between – B through Y – on the way from A to Z.

A low risk for the general public, the CDC says. They said the same about SARS-CoV-2. You know what they say about those who fail to learn history; especially the contemporary variety of it.

It’s both plausible and reasonable to consider that bird flu will play out exactly as COVID-19 did and medical tyranny is here to stay. Dead horse kicked.

1-Replace COVID as the justification for continued medical tyranny

Considerations for the multifaceted aspect of introducing a bird flu should be blatantly obvious in light of what I outlined here, but we’ll delineate them anyways for posterity’s sake. The introduction of H5N1 permits the NIH/CDC/WHO/UN cartel to simply switch-out the failing COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2 basis and narrative underpinning medical tyranny. This permits them to extend the enterprise fraud construct for the foreseeable future with a new “boogeyman” to sow fear, panic and chaos. Moreover, it’s a direct compliment and a utilitarian component to the other nefarious strategy in play – collapsing the global food supply and facilitating global starvation. A bird flu gives them the impetus to slaughter chickens writ large. Everything they do is multifaceted and hardly any of it serves a singular purpose. In other words, they prefer duct tape and Bondo approaches that do it all.

1-Food shortages have been exacerbated by a string of fires, plane crashes and explosions at nearly two dozen food processing facilities across Canada and the US.
2-The most recent happened on Thursday in Georgia when a small plane crashed shortly after takeoff into a General Mills plant just east of Atlanta. Two occupants of the plane were killed in the crash, as reported by the New York Post.
3-A massive fire on Monday night destroyed parts of the Azure Standard Headquarters in Oregon, a company that self-describes as “the USA’s largest independent food distributor.”
4-Last Thursday, firefighters contended with a massive blaze at Taylor Farms packaged salad plant in Salinas, Calif. — a key agricultural region 177 km south of San Francisco. The fire broke out late Wednesday night, as reported by KTLA.
5-That same day, an airplane crashed into Idaho’s Gem State Processing facility — a plant said to process 18,000 acres worth of potatoes each year. The pilot of the plane did not survive, however, no employees were injured, reported Vision Times.
6-On April 13, firefighters from several departments in Maine helped battle a massive fire that destroyed East Conway Beef & Pork butcher shop and meat market in Center Conway, N.H.
7-In March, KAIT TV reported a major fire that forced the closure of the Nestle plant in Jonesboro, Ark. The plant makes frozen foods, particularly Hot Pockets.
8-The Penobscot McCrum potato processing facility in Belfast, Maine, was also destroyed by fire in March. Officials believe a deep-fryer was behind the fire, as reported by ABC affiliate WMTW News 8.
9-In Canada, fire crews and paramedics responded after an explosion at the Centre de valorisation de l’aliment de l’Estrie, an industrial food preparation and processing facility in Sherbrooke, Que. Five people were injured in the March explosion that turned into a major fire.
10-And, in late March, a fire at the Maricopa Food Pantry, a food bank in Arizona, saw 50,000 pounds worth of food burn up and yet another blaze at the Texas-based Rio Fresh severely damaged the onion processing facility.
11-In February, a portion of Wisconsin River Meats was destroyed by fire, according to Channel 3000 News. The Mauston-based company said the “old portion” of its plant was a total loss from the fire.
12-Another fire in February, sparked by a boiler explosion at a potato chip plant south of Hermiston, Ore., sent several people to hospital with minor injuries. The Shearer’s Food plant, as reported by The Oregonian, supplies much of the Western US with potato and corn chips.
13-A third fire in February caused the Louis Dreyfus Company’s Claypool, Ind., soybean processing and biodiesel plant — the largest fully integrated soybean processing plant in the US — to suspend production. Thankfully no injuries were reported.
14-A blaze at a poultry processing plant in the Hamilton region of Ontario in January caused extensive damage, but caused no injuries. The multiple-alarm fire, as reported by Global News, will cost millions in repairs.
15-Firefighters responded to a fire in January at the Cargill-Nutrena plant in Lecompte, La. The fire took more than 12 hours to put out, as reported by KALB-TV, an NBC/CBS/CW-affiliated television station.
16-A fire in December caused more than $100,000 in damages to a San Antonio food processing plant. KTSA-107.1 reported there were no injuries as a result of the fire.
17-In late November, a fire engulfed the Maid-Rite Steak Co. food processing plant in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, as reported by ABC affiliate news station WNEP . The cause of the fire was ruled an accident.
18-A fire in mid-September at the JBS USA beef processing plant in Grand Island, Neb. halted operations in the facility that typically processes about 6,000 head of cattle daily.
19-Another raging fire in August of 2021 severely damaged the Patak Meat Production company in Austell, Ga., as reported by Channel 2 Action News in Atlanta.
20-In July, Firefighters battled a large fire at the River Valley Ingredients plant in Hanceville, Al. The cause of the fire, as reported at the time by NBC affiliate WVTM-TV, was unknown.
21-Another July fire at the Kellogg factory in Memphis, Tenn. was determined to be an accident and no injuries were reported. Dozens of crews were called in to help fight the fire due to the brutal heat, reported Fox 13 Memphis.
22-The cause of a fire in April 2021 at the Smithfield Foods plant in Monmouth, Ill., was unknown, according to WGIL-93.7FM in Galesburg.
23-Although a fire in January 2021 destroyed meat manufacturer and packager Deli Star’s production facility in Fayetteville, Ill., as of February 2022, it has opened a new plant in St. Louis. Longview News-Journal reported in January police did not consider the fire suspicious.

Lockdowns have resulted in food shortages across the country as supply chains become strained and manufacturing remains shut in many cases. The story many westerners are not hearing much about, though, is the fact that Chinese exports have essentially been frozen. This is very important so I think it needs emphasis – Over 1 IN 5 container ships IN THE WORLD are now backed up in Chinese ports due to their covid lockdowns. This is incredible.
Why would China do this over a virus we all know is not dangerous to the vast majority of people? Why institute the worst lockdown in the country so far and starve their own people when the majority of Western governments have now given up on their pandemic fear mongering and the forced vaccination agenda?
I would suggest the possibility that China might already be engaging in an economic war that many Americans and Europeans don’t even realize is going on. This may be a beta test for a shut down of exports to the US and Europe, or it is an incremental shutdown that is meant to become permanent. Restocking them will likely take several years, they said.

Fighting one war is a substantial endeavor. Fighting one war with depleted munitions is something entirely different. Fighting a global war on two fronts against Russia in one theater and against China in another theater is yet even more problematic. Fighting Russia and China in two separate theaters with depleted munitions is disastrously suicidal. Even worse, this is all by design.

Our positions derived from the COVID-19 work and enveloped Cloward-Piven strategy and the unfolding global food shortage crisis. Smith sees it the same and provides the nexuses to embed it altogether as we have done. The critical marker here is the food crisis tying to trade, which becomes the precursor to the Taiwan invasion I predicted long ago and long before Putin made any incursion into Ukraine. As I continue to state, when the pieces fit so precisely together, it means the analysis is on the mark.

Latched onto Taiwan as the critical marker, consider the following development. As you do, hold onto this imperative detail derived from and delineated in my analysis: the U.S. and Russia are positioned to go hot in Ukraine; and once that occurs, Xi Jinping and China will move on Taiwan with that being projected to occur in August with the door cracked for it being sooner or later. Factor in the fertilizer and food shortage components on the August timeline, which is prime growing season with the fall harvest just around the corner. Consider the implications of this development: The war with Russia in Ukraine is the catalyst to trigger war with China over Taiwan and I’ve stacked perhaps a thousand or more pages evidencing that Joe Biden is China’s proxy. This permits China to yank Biden’s string on command and compromised, corrupt and treasonous Adam Kinzinger is working to give Biden unilateral authority to trigger war in Ukraine. This means China can goad the U.S. into war with itself over Taiwan however and whenever it wants.

Now consider that in every single instance the Department of Defense gamed-out, the U.S. is positioned to lose a hot war with China over Taiwan. It was so bad that the DoD’s only remedy was to quit the gaming exercise altogether. Moreover and during that loss, the U.S. will also be fighting on a second and preceding front against Russia in Ukraine. Ask the Germans how a second war front worked out for them beginning on 06 Jun 44.

Compounding the projected multiple-front war in August will be the evidenced food crisis that is sure to be exacerbated by a fuel crisis. Not surprisingly, the analysis into the fuel crisis has it scheduled to arrive on the same summer [August] timeline. This is what Biden/Harris is delivering on China’s behalf.

As I continue to evidence, the U.S. has been positioned for a designed loss. Even worse and more recently, the DoD reversed its own previous March 2021 position by stating that the U.S. is capable of fighting multiple war fronts specifically citing Russia over Ukraine and China over Taiwan. Again, the U.S. has been positioned for a predetermined loss whereby the treaty process stewarded by the U.N. will deliver America to her enemies.

Now consider this development that ought to raise the hair on the back of your neck. Nancy Pelosi just returned from a secret trip to Ukraine to meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky. What are the chances that war details were discussed? 100% for my nickel. 100% based upon the evidence on hand.

On 09 Feb 20, I wrote the first evidenced article that made good on previous work from January identifying COVID-19 as a construct of enterprise fraud. Collectively, everything I’ve outlined here will be further exacerbated by a projected collapse of the economy and this is according to insight from one of my sources, who beat all of Wall St. for two consecutive years in the most cutthroat and aggressive Wall St. domain. The full spectrum of sown destruction and chaos will further serve as the mechanisms to outright steal the 2022 midterms in a desperate last effort to maintain this cartel of evil and its firm grip on oppressive and tyrannical power. The projections on the multiple-front war situate August as the month that Xi Jinping and China move on Taiwan and it will be preceded by Russia and the U.S. going hot in Ukraine. Therefore, don’t be surprised if the 2022 midterm elections are circumvented altogether and no elections are held at all as justified by more unilaterally determined “emergencies” that are justified by the constructed crises used to predicate them. It is difficult to overstate just how out of touch Democrats are with reality right now. When you’re as unpopular as they are it makes sense – you can’t admit reality, it’s too depressing, so you create a new one in your head. That’s a survival mechanism everyone has employed, to one degree or another, and at some point in their lives for short periods, and it’s perfectly normal. What isn’t normal is how Democrats have constructed this fantasy world and appear to live in it all the time.

I don’t know how you can watch Joe Biden stumble and bumble his way through the State of the Union Address and think he is well. Either he referred to the Ukrainian people as “Iranians” or “Urainians,” with neither option being good because what’s left of his brain didn’t notice whatever it was that came out of his mouth. A normal, healthy person will make mistakes, verbal gaffes, but our brains notice and we correct ourselves almost immediately. That does not happen with Joe Biden. He is so married to the teleprompter and going off script that he pays no attention to the words.

The media, naturally, ignored most of the gaffes because covering for their President is second nature to them. But it wasn’t just what he screwed up saying that was the problem, the parts of the speech he read accurately were just as disturbing.

“One way to fight inflation is to drive down wages and make people poorer,” Joe said. “I think I have a better idea to fight inflation: lower your costs, not your wages.” This is just one example of something that makes zero sense. None. It was not called out by anyone.

Over on MSNBC, one exchange between Stephanie Ruhle (who doesn’t get the credit she deserves as one of the dumbest people on cable news, probably because of misogyny) and former Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill, one of the richest Senators when she was in office, really exemplifies how out of touch the left is.

Ruhle started, “Claire, do you think when it comes to the voter, the president and this administration needs to do more talking about those economic wins? You know, because inflation is such a problem, often times it seems like Democrats are afraid to talk about how strong the economy is because they don’t want to be insensitive to people who are left out but the thing is if they do not sell their wins they can’t win in the midterms and then they can’t help anyone.”

This “you don’t know how good you’ve got it” argument is not the stuff successful campaigns are made of. More than that, however, is how Democrats insist their policies “leave no one behind,” except maybe the rich. Except what Democrats advance always benefits their rich donors. People for whom inflation means next to nothing. Ruhle isn’t impacted in any meaningful way by inflation, she’s rich, and McCaskill has a net worth north of $60 million.

McCaskill’s answer was every bit as bad as you’d expect. “This is not complicated,” she started. “The Democrats are very bad at being repetitive and disciplined on message. This president in one year created more jobs than any president in the history of the United States of America, say it over and over and over again. Real wages are up, saving is up yes there is inflation but overall if you don’t remind people how much better it is now than it was before then you leave the field open for the Republicans to distort and not tell the truth like frankly the governor of Iowa did tonight, she distorted the economic record of this president. And he brought down the deficit. So all of this is really important for them to just keep hammering over and over again. they get distracted by wanting to do so much for so many instead of keeping it simple and making sure voters understand who is really in their corner.”

Joe Biden didn’t create a single job, he just happened to be in office when the jobs Democrats shut down were allowed to return. New companies were not formed, nor have they expanded – people laid off were called back to work. No matter how many times that lie is repeated, it will never ring true to the public. We know.

Along those lines, the economy being allowed to reopen leads to increased economic activity, which leads to increased revenue to the government. That is not “cutting the deficit,” especially when your spending is loaded up in the future, an accounting gimmick if there ever was one.

These people live in a different world, a completely strange reality unfamiliar to anyone not currently on hallucinogenic drugs. Maybe we’re secretly being ruled by Hunter Biden?

There are numerous separate bills floating in the House and Senate that when passed and signed will work in conjunction with one another to create a communist/socialist/Marxist United States where the people will be the commodity and the fodder. Much of the legislation has to do with education. What better way to groom acceptance automatons to the government game than “get ‘em while they’re young”? But, it doesn’t just apply to the children in our country; adults are included as well. All you need to do is read it, understand it, and then act upon it.

Couple these education bills with HR 5038, which just passed the House, and the USMCA, and what do you have? A gaggle of goop designed to erode US and State sovereignty, eradicate individual freedoms and liberties, as well as God-given unalienable rights, provide illegal alien invaders amnesty, and re-establish indentured servitude in this country, which will be extended to citizens – read between the lines and bills. Many who have commented on the USMCA articles at various media sites praise the USMCA because the article’s author glosses over the agreement, only providing the scantiest of highlights – The Daily Caller and Breitbart News come to mind. This “agreement” basically creates a North American Union like the European Union with lots of new entities consisting of unelected bureaucrats that will influence every aspect of our lives. And, what are the American people focused upon? The dog and pony show of impeachment of a president using fabricated, false and manipulated information exposed as fraudulent years ago.

Yet, even alternative media sites, such as The Daily Caller and Breitbart News, still make impeachment the first stories on the page and then prioritize stories related to impeachment to follow. With the lamestream entertainment government-controlled media pushing the impeachment narrative and some alternative media sites focusing their readership on impeachment, most all bills going through both chambers of Congress are either buried back page news with scant coverage, provided short scant praising coverage, or not covered at all. The Drudge Report caved – rumor is Matt Drudge sold the site – and many other “alternative media” are following a disturbing pattern. It becomes more and more difficult to find out exactly what is happening in Congress when it involves legislation.

Nothing produces more ire and down-right frustration than the totally debunked, fraudulent hoax of man-made climate change. The ruse of man-made climate change was exposed 10 years ago; yet, people are still buying this garbage. Governments around the world are attempting to create policies around it, villainize the essential gas of Carbon Dioxide, steal money from their citizens, and implement a global government with the UN at the helm, while third world countries are “demanding” reparations because of the affect of first world industrialized nations upon them. You know the drill – those countries are poor and backward because of man-made climate change despite the hoards of money the US gives some of these nations yearly. Funny how those countries remained silent until it was mentioned by some government gus these third worlders needed money to help the issues “thrust” upon them because of man-made climate change.

With the US withdrawing from all this nonsense, the rest of the world governments are looking to stick the US and its taxpayers with the entire multi-billion-dollar reparations bill. China is refusing to pay anything. Say what you want, but China knows this is a hoax and other world governments won’t push back against China.

New research appears at Natural News further exposing man-made climate change as a hoax, finding man has virtually zero impact on global temperatures. Despite these exposures of the UN IPCC and compromised scientists, homo-stupidians (H/T Mike Adams) still regurgitate the rhetoric of “man-made climate change will doom us all”. Braindead politicians are some of the worst, as well as Hollyweirdos and their cultist followers. As with other issues, the lamestream entertainment government-controlled media, including some alternative media sites, are pushing false narratives based on false information and trying to sell constitutionalists who still patronize their outlets on a hoax. It’s worse than disgusting; it’s unredeemable criminality.

Enter 16-year-old Greta Thunberg, the hoaxers’ bastion of mental illness chastising government leaders for their inaction on a hoax and intelligent individuals worldwide who recognize the man-made climate change hoax. If “adults” are placing their eggs in the basket of Thunberg to persuade other adults to keep silent on the hoax through “guilt manipulation” and “you can’t criticize a child” mentality, it isn’t working. The homo-stupidians didn’t learn from the Hogg media circus. So what happens? After the lamestream entertainment government-controlled media spent considerable time promoting Thunberg’s psychotic episodes to no avail, Time Magazine, following a long tradition of placing totalitarian, murderous dictators on their cover, named Thunberg “person of the year” for 2019. Before anyone accuses this writer of calling Thunberg a totalitarian murderous dictator, understand, Thunberg is promoting a hoax that will eventually lead to the attempt to install a totalitarian murderous dictator over the world – the UN. Unless one hasn’t been paying attention, murder by government, democide, has killed more individuals worldwide than all the wars combined – 262 million to be exact.

How quickly the people of the world, particularly the united States, forget.

And, if this isn’t enough to rile one’s feathers, legislation – State and federal, attempting to infringe upon an individual’s right to keep and bear arms, against God-given individual unalienable rights recognized and guaranteed through the Second Amendment of the Constitution for the United States of America, should have every citizen descending on all levels of government with a vengeance. Red Flag “laws”, gun confiscation schemes, accessory bans, and the removal of due process are appearing at all levels of government, with little opposition from those in government wearing the jersey of professed conservatives and some constitutionalists. In fact, Trump is all for the removal of due process when it comes to firearms – “Take the guns first and worry about due process later”; except, that is not how it works at all. States, like Virginia, are looking to criminalize gun owners and supporters through bans and confiscation as various counties in Virginia are declaring Second Amendment sanctuaries within their boundaries. Unfortunately, government didn’t get the hint. Governor Northam is threatening door to door confiscation – good luck with that.

According to some brain dead individuals, State law is superior to federal law; however, that is not exactly true. Moreover, any law at any level of government that restricts infringes or eradicates God-given individual unalienable rights is immoral, unlawful, and illegal since government does not bestow rights and has no authority over those rights. But, it matters not to these goons like Bloomberg, who is pouring millions of his own money into areas to get gun confiscation legislation passed. In Virginia, it is possible the governor could activate the National Guard, which a governor can do, to perform door to door confiscation. Wonder how many in the National Guard will go along with that? Wonder how many citizens will resist?

Don’t look for law enforcement in other States to stand with the people. The agencies are all too happy to become the “strongarm thugs” of government as they declare support for being an illegal alien invader criminal sanctuary city, town, county and/or State. Don’t worry about the numerous crimes of law enforcement officers being exposed – the agencies are more than happy to cover it up, abuse victims, and have cases thrown out by corrupt judges. If the officer is found to have committed a crime, they are given probation or released just to recommit those crimes against the citizenry. As a reminder, carrying a badge these days gives law enforcement officers the authority to shoot innocent citizens; some result in death.

Virginia will be the government’s strongarm thug paradise as they roll their government green military equipment through the streets to intimidate the people. Wherever this powder keg begins, it will take citizens standing together in Bundy Ranch fashion to resist, meaning citizens across the State of Virginia will need to be ready to mobilize. But, don’t expect the government to play fair.

As the rights of the people are being infringed all over the former republic, millions of citizens continue to be murdered in the womb and some State governments propose to murder them after birth. What really causes the caldera to explode is the pro-life groups who support “Heartbeat” bills and “ultrasound” bills when life begins at conception. There should be no compromise. You are either anti-murder of the unborn or pro-murder of the unborn – and now newborn infants; there is no in-between or qualifiers. When qualifiers are accepted for the very youngest among us, qualifiers can be applied to any age, mental disability – Down’s Syndrome comes to mind, physical disability or any demographic government chooses. It’s a slippery slope we have been sliding down since many accepted the false premise that the Supreme Court makes law.

The moral depravity and its acceptance by many that are spreading through society and the church indicate we are under the government of minoritarianism. Whether it is the black robed oligarch of nine, the delusional factions of Antifa, Black Lives Matter, or Islam, atheists, or the less than three percent population of LGBTQrstuvwxyz mentally ill, the government is being mobilized to combat those with opposing convictions. Instead of upholding the rights bestowed by God, guaranteed and protected by the Bill of Rights, the “political oligarchy” is willing to infringe upon the rights of those with opposing convictions to the point it places our children, and everyone else, in danger. It’s disgusting, immoral, unethical, illegal, and unlawful to the nth degree. When push back against this depravity occurs, government steps in to criminalize the lawful.

Twitter now allows pedophiles to openly discuss their depravity and criminality while censoring constitutional and conservative viewpoints. Facebook, Google, and other platforms do the same. And, some idiots like Cenk Uyghur want to legalize bestiality. Why have the people not protested this guy en masse everywhere he goes? Simple – police are allowing peaceful protestors against such to be assaulted by the delusional factions of individuals supporting depravity. It is now physically dangerous to peaceably assemble for some groups because of the violent nature of others and the inaction of the police.

And, what is most disappointing? Trying to get the public involved in combatting these encroachments, particularly in an area where unconstitutional law enforcement exists, without success. Why? Many Americans have become fearful of their own government and law enforcement even when engaging in lawful activities. Well, that’s game, set, match, and checkmate for the government. It’s not without understanding for sure, especially when laws are being passed to infringe upon rights if one has a criminal record or someone “thinks” you are a danger. It’s an upstairs/downstairs type of law enforcement when legal activities can get one arrested while crimes like assault receive impunity.

Last, but certainly not least, is the television ads being broadcast by Tom Steyer who continually refers to the US government as a democracy, runs on ending climate change, and spews all sorts of nonsense just to get a vote from the low information homo-stupidian voter. The absolute ridiculousness of this man is almost incomprehensible. Even the little “cat terrorist” recognizes his bunk because she barks incessantly every time he appears on the television. Good girl!! Some American voters should be so smart.

And, pay attention – anti-constitutionalists are moving out of the utopian bastions they have created into other areas of the country to create utopian bastions in the image of what they left. It’s working. See Virginia. Republicans are not a block to these anti-constitutionalists since they bend more than a tree in a hurricane to accommodate these idiots to avoid being called names. This writer has been called just about everything. Luckily, a thick skin is now in place – this writer doesn’t care. The ultimate one that this writer will answer to is a higher authority than anyone or anything on this earth.

The truth is never pleasant and doing the right thing is never easy – God and Jesus Christ never said it would be. But, imparting truth is showing love. And, friends, we have sat on our laurels for far too long. It’s come time to get in the fight or accept our fate. There is no more time for fence-sitting, qualifying a position, or being silent. It’s time to choose sides. The first side you should pick, if you haven’t already, is God and Jesus Christ. Once that is complete, the side of the issues you should stand on are clear – God’s side. And, no, Islam is not being covered since that false religion should be thoroughly exposed by now. Pope Francis is a proven heretic so no need to rehash what should be known. Islam and the heretic pope will retreat in the face of resistance because both are like bullies – stand up to them and they retreat. Don the armor of God and stand in righteousness; it will cause these two fakes to dwindle in the light.

It boils down to a choice and free will. Writing, emailing and phoning congressman does not work anymore – the people are ignored. They count on inaction. If the people do not mobilize to action, stand firm even in the face of adversity and challenge their unlawful, immoral, unethical, unconstitutional and illegal actions, minoritarianism will become the totalitarian, despotic tyrannical dictatorship we all have been warned about for hundreds of years. Look around. It’s well on its way.

-First President to apply for college aid as a foreign student, then deny he was a foreigner.

-First President to preside over a cut to the credit-rating of the United States. First President to violate the War Powers Act.

-First President to be held in contempt of court for illegally obstructing oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. –

1. Americans spend $36,000,000 at WalMart Every hour of every day.
2. This works out to $20,928 profit every minute!
3. WalMart will sell more from January 1 to St. Patrick’s Day (March 17th) than Target sells all year.
4. WalMart is bigger than Home Depot + Kroger + Target +Sears + Costco+ K-Mart combined.
5. WalMart employs 1.6 million people, is the world’s largest private employer,and most speak English.
6. WalMart is the largest company in the history of the world.
7. WalMart now sells more food than Kroger and Safeway combined, and keep in mind they did this in only fifteen years
8. During this same period, 31 big supermarket chains sought bankruptcy
9 WalMart now sells more food than any other store in the world.
10. WalMart has approx 3,900 stores in the USA of which 1,906 are Super Centers; this is 1,000 more than it had five years ago.
11. This year 7.2 billion different purchasing experiences will occur at WalMart stores. (Earth’s population is approximately 6.5 Billion.)
12. 90% of all Americans live within fifteen miles of a WalMart.
You may think that I am complaining, but I am really laying the groundwork or suggesting that MAYBE we should hire the guys who run WalMart to fix the economy.

Let’s kick a dead horse. The debate is settled and the damage is done. But who thinks Obama was eligible to be president?

Even President Donald Trump questioned Obama’s citizenship in 2014 by offering $50 Million to see his college records, but Obama never responded to his offer. Nothing has been done to this point.

And sadly, nothing ever will.

Let me show you today how Congress protected him from both sides of the aisle and guaranteed the debate would never go too far.

In 1975 a representative named Joe Bingham introduced an amendment to remove the “natural born citizen” constitutional requirement to become President.

Why is that important?

Because it was not until almost 30 years later that the issue would be addressed again. And it was not addressed only once, but multiple times. This is all part of congressional record.

Remarkably, it just so happened to coincide with the meteoric rise of a man named Barack Obama who would benefit greatly from the happenings by gaining his spot in the Oval Office.

I am about to share with you a brilliant piece of research from the Article II Political Action Committee. After reading it the foremost question on my mind is, “If the natural born citizen definition only requires one citizen parent then why did they seemingly try so hard to change the law for Barack Obama?”

There are multiple links to official congressional documents throughout, contained in the research below, so I would urge you to draw your own conclusions.

But from my point of view this research either strongly, or at least partly, validates the following conclusions:

Barack Obama was hand-picked to be President.
Some members of Congress, on both sides, understood that Obama was not “natural born” and tried to pass laws to pave the way for his arrival.
In the end, they used a deflection tactic to shine light on John McCain’s eligibility status, hoping that Obama’s own status would not be brought into question.

It appears to have worked.

Below is a lengthy excerpt from “Article II Facts” hosted on the site of the Article II Political Action Committee. If you like what you read, I would encourage you to consider a donation to their cause.

Let’s take a trip back through recent history:

Attempts to redefine or amend Article II “natural born Citizen” Clause of the U.S. Constitution:

The effort to remove the natural-born citizen requirement from the U.S. Constitution actually began in 1975 – when Democrat House Rep. Jonathon B. Bingham, [NY-22] introduced a constitutional amendment underH.J.R. 33: which called for the outright removal of the natural-born requirement for president found in Article II of the U.S. Constitution – “Provides that a citizen of the United States otherwise eligible to hold the Office of President shall not be ineligible because such citizen is not a natural born citizen.”

Bingham’s first attempt failed and he resurrected H.J.R. 33: in 1977 under H.J.R. 38:, again failing to gain support from members of congress. Bingham was a Yale Law grad and member of the secret society Skull and Bones, later a lecturer at Columbia Law and thick as thieves with the United Nations via his membership in the Council on Foreign Relations.

Bingham’s work lay dormant for twenty-six years when it was resurrected again in 2003 as Democrat members of Congress made no less than eight (8) attempts in twenty-two (22) months, to either eliminate the natural-born requirement, or redefine natural-born to accommodate Barack Hussein Obama II in advance of his rise to power. The evidence is right in the congressional record…

1. On June 11, 2003 Democrat House member Vic Snyder [AR-2] introduced H.J.R 59: in the 108th Congress – “Constitutional Amendment – Makes a person who has been a citizen of the United States for at least 35 years and who has been a resident within the United States for at least 14 years eligible to hold the office of President or Vice President.” – Co-Sponsors: Rep Conyers, John, Jr. [MI-14]; Rep Delahunt, William D. [MA-10]; Rep Frank, Barney [MA-4]; Rep Issa, Darrell E. [CA-49]; Rep LaHood, Ray [IL-18]; Rep Shays, Christopher [CT-4].

2. On September 3, 2003, Rep. John Conyers [MI] introduced H.J.R. 67: – “Constitutional Amendment – Makes a person who has been a citizen of the United States for at least 20 years eligible to hold the office of President.” – Co-Sponsor Rep Sherman, Brad [CA-27]

3. On February 25, 2004, Republican Senator Don Nickles [OK] attempted to counter the growing Democrat onslaught aimed at removing the natural-born citizen requirement for president in S.2128: – “Natural Born Citizen Act – Defines the constitutional term “natural born citizen,” to establish eligibility for the Office of President” – also getting the definition of natural born citizen wrong. – Co-sponsors Sen Inhofe, James M. [OK]; Sen Landrieu, Mary L. [LA]

4. On September 15, 2004 – as Barack Obama was about to be introduced as the new messiah of the Democrat Party at the DNC convention, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher [CA-46] introduced H.J.R. 104: – “Constitutional Amendment – “Makes eligible for the Office of the President non-native born persons who have held U.S. citizenship for at least 20 years and who are otherwise eligible to hold such Office.” – No co-sponsors.

5. Again on January 4, 2005, Rep John Conyers [MI] introduced H.J.R. 2: to the 109th Congress – “Constitutional Amendment – Makes a person who has been a citizen of the United States for at least 20 years eligible to hold the Office of President.” – Co-Sponsor Rep Sherman, Brad [CA-27]

6. Rep Dana Rohrabacher [CA-46] tries again on February 1, 2005 in H.J.R. 15: – “Constitutional Amendment – Makes eligible for the Office of the President non-native born persons who have held U.S. citizenship for at least 20 years and who are otherwise eligible to hold such Office.” – No Co-Sponsor

7. On April 14, 2005, Rep Vic Snyder [AR-2] tries yet again with H.J.R. 42: – “Constitutional Amendment – Makes a person who has been a citizen of the United States for at least 35 years and who has been a resident within the United States for at least 14 years eligible to hold the office of President or Vice President.” – Co-Sponsor Rep Shays, Christopher [CT-4]

8. All of these efforts failing in committee and the 2008 presidential election looming with an unconstitutional candidate leading the DNC ticket, Democrat Senator Claire McCaskill, [MO] tries to attach the alteration to a military bill in S.2678: on February 28, 2008 – “Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act – Declares that the term “natural born Citizen” in article II, section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution, dealing with the criteria for election to President of the United States, includes any person born to any U.S. citizen while serving in the active or reserve components of the U.S. armed forces.” – Co-Sponsors DNC Presidential candidate Sen Clinton, Hillary Rodham [NY]; DNC Presidential candidate Sen Obama, Barack [IL]; Sen Menendez, Robert [NJ]; Sen Coburn, Tom [OK] – (This was the first effort to also assure that GOP Presidential candidate Sen. John McCain [AZ] would be cleared to run against the DNC primary victor.)

From June 11, 2003 to February 28, 2008, there had been eight (8) different congressional attempts to alter Article II – Section I – Clause V – natural born citizen requirements for president in the U.S. Constitution, all of them failing in committee — All of it taking placing during Barack Obama’s rise to political power and preceding the November 2008 presidential election.

In politics, there are no coincidences… not of this magnitude.

Finally on April 10, 2008, unable to alter or remove the natural born citizen requirement to clear the way for Barack Obama, the U.S. Senate acts to shift focus before the election, introducing and passing S.R.511: – declaring Sen. John McCain a “natural born citizen” eligible to run for and hold the office of president. There was never any honest doubt about McCain, the son of a U.S. Navy Commander. The Sponsor of the resolution is Democrat Senator Claire McCaskill, [MO]

S.R.511 States that John Sidney McCain, III, is a “natural born Citizen” under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States. S.R511passed by a 99-0 unanimous consent of the Senate, with only John McCain not voting. The basis was – “Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens;” – a condition not met by Barack Hussein Obama II. – Co-Sponsors DNC Presidential candidate Sen Clinton, Hillary Rodham [NY]; DNC Presidential candidate Sen Obama, Barack [IL]; Sen Leahy, Patrick J. [VT]; Sen Webb, Jim [VA]; Sen Coburn, Tom [OK] (They had made certain that John McCain would run against Barack Obama)

However, in the McCain resolution is also this language – “Whereas the Constitution of the United States requires that, to be eligible for the Office of the President, a person must be a `natural born Citizen’ of the United States; – Whereas the term `natural born Citizen’, as that term appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States;”

The U.S. Constitution is not a dictionary. The definition of “is” is not in the constitution either. Yet this is the text that would later be issued in Congressional Research Service talking points memos distributed to members of congress, to protect an individual that all members of congress know and understand to be an “unconstitutional” resident of the people’s White House – Barack Hussein Obama II.

Once again, as the political left was unable to alter the U.S. Constitution by way of legitimate constitutional process, they resorted to altering the constitution via precedent setting, in short, knowingly electing and getting away with seating an unconstitutional president in order to alter Article II requirements for the office via breaking those constitutional requirements.

The press would not ask any questions and the American people were already too ill-informed of their constitution to know or too distracted by daily life to care. The press would provide the cover, swearing to the lies of an unconstitutional administration put in power by criminal actors focused only on their lofty political agenda of forever altering the American form of government.

The people would be caught up in a steady diet of daily assaults on their individual freedom and liberty and overlook the most obvious constitutional crisis in American history, the seating of an unconstitutional and anti-American president. [SOURCE CREDIT]

There you have it. Make of this what you will.

It raises many questions.

Would people like Claire McCaskill and Hillary Clinton really come to John McCain’s aid if they did not have an ulterior motive?

Why were people like Inhofe, Issa, and Rohrabacher either sponsoring or co-sponsoring these pieces of legislation? After all, these men were later three of Obama’s biggest critics. We heard lots of threats and promises from them that yielded no results. Could it be that these men are just more shining examples of “all bark and no bite”? (See Definition of “Smoke and Mirrors“)

If it is true that the definition of “natural born citizen” only involves having one citizen parent then why all the fuss?

Obama, questionable Hawaii birth certificate and all, met the requirement of one American citizen parent. Maybe the truth is that it takes more than that and Congress knew it.

So why was nothing ever done?

Keep searching and settle for nothing less than the truth.

Birthright Citizenship Is Wrong for America

The president rolled another flash grenade onto our political stage this week, and it sent the Trump Hate Media into a predictable tizzy.Trump was called a racist – for the umpteenth time – because he said he plans to use an executive order to put an end to birthright citizenship.

Birthright citizenship, made possible by the 14th Amendment, is the automatic granting of U.S. citizenship to any Mexican, Chinese, Russian, Kenyan or Martian baby who is born on American soil.

I made up the Martian part, though it’s probably true.

But thanks to a relatively recent and very liberal misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment, even though the baby’s parents are non-citizens, if they are born in America they get full U.S. citizenship.

For the rest of their lives these so-called “anchor babies” are given the right to live and work in the United States and collect benefits, just like anyone born in Beverly Hills.

Even better for the lucky foreign babies, when they turn 21 they can start applying for green cards to bring in their mothers, fathers, siblings, grandparents and Facebook friends to America.

I made up the Facebook part.

But it sounds like something President Trump might say when he is arguing that anchor babies need to be outlawed because they create the “chain migration” that allows extended family members from foreign lands to end up living in the U.S..

Not that you learned it in high school, but the 14th Amendment, known as one of the Reconstruction Amendments, was passed after the Civil War in 1868.

The first sentence of the first section reads:

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

Not that you learned it in college, but the 14th Amendment was specifically written to grant full citizenship rights to all former slaves and their children and to prevent the states from writing new laws depriving them of those rights (which, shamefully, the Southern states did when they passed their racist Jim Crow laws in the late 1800s).

Not that you learned it from the media, but the 14th Amendment was never intended to automatically award U.S. citizenship to the babies of foreign parents who happen to be here when their child was born.

It certainly wasn’t meant to create the “birth tourism” business, which is run by Russian and Chinese companies that make it possible for wealthy foreigners to visit the United States for a month or two so their newborns arrive on our soil.

It was reckless of President Trump to throw out his “anchor baby” grenade a week before the important midterm elections.

It only gave the Trump Hate Media and Democrats another chance to bash, blame and mock the president.

The media never tried to explain how something written to protect slaves 150 years ago had morphed into an open legal door for birthright citizenship.

The liberal media never got around to talking about how the “birthright clause” has created the growth of a birth tourism industry.

And President Trump’s media enemies sure didn’t remind us that before the Democrats were against getting rid of anchor babies, they were in favor of getting rid of them.

We badly need immigration reform that is smart for America, not harmful.

I hope Trump can win his latest battle.

Ultimately it’s going to be up to the U.S. Supreme Court to decide whether birthright citizenship for foreign nationals as we’ve known it for decades can be ended with a few strokes of his executive pen.

But there’s little doubt that birthright citizenship is wrong for the United States. So are anchor babies.

It’s time for us to fix the constitutional loophole that created them. It’s also time for our schools to do a better job of teaching American history.

Life in a post-9/11 America increasingly feels like an endless free fall down a rabbit hole into a terrifying, dystopian alternative reality in which the citizenry has no rights, the government is no friend to freedom, and everything we ever knew and loved about the values and principles that once made this country great has been turned on its head.

We’ve walked a strange and harrowing road since September 11, 2001, littered with the debris of our once-vaunted liberties.

We have gone from a nation that took great pride in being a model of a representative democracy to being a model of how to persuade the citizenry to march in lockstep with a police state.

Osama Bin Laden right warned that “freedom and human rights in America are doomed. The U.S. government will lead the American people in — and the West in general — into an unbearable hell and a choking life.”

These past 17 years have proven Bin Laden right in his prediction.

What began with the passage of the USA Patriot Act in October 2001 has snowballed into the eradication of every vital safeguard against government overreach, corruption and abuse.

The citizenry’s unquestioning acquiescence to anything the government wants to do in exchange for the phantom promise of safety and security has resulted in a society where the nation is being locked down into a militarized, mechanized, hypersensitive, legalistic, self-righteous, goose-stepping antithesis of every principle upon which this nation was founded.

This is not freedom.

This is a jail cell.

Set against a backdrop of government surveillance, militarized police, SWAT team raids, asset forfeiture, eminent domain, overcriminalization, armed surveillance drones, whole body scanners, stop and frisk searches, roving VIPR raids and the like—all of which have been sanctioned by Congress, the White House and the courts—our constitutional freedoms have been steadily chipped away at, undermined, eroded, whittled down, and generally discarded.

Our losses are mounting with every passing day.

Free speech, the right to protest, the right to challenge government wrongdoing, due process, a presumption of innocence, the right to self-defense, accountability and transparency in government, privacy, press, sovereignty, assembly, bodily integrity, representative government: all of these and more have become casualties in the government’s war on the American people, a war that has grown more pronounced since 9/11.

Since the towers fell on 9/11, the American people have been treated like enemy combatants, to be spied on, tracked, scanned, frisked, searched, subjected to all manner of intrusions, intimidated, invaded, raided, manhandled, censored, silenced, shot at, locked up, and denied due process.

In allowing ourselves to be distracted by terror drills, foreign wars, color-coded warnings, underwear bombers and other carefully constructed exercises in propaganda, sleight of hand, and obfuscation, we failed to recognize that the true enemy to freedom was lurking among us all the while.

The U.S. government now poses a greater threat to our freedoms than any terrorist, extremist or foreign entity ever could.

While nearly 3,000 people died in the 9/11 attacks, the U.S. government and its agents have easily killed at least ten times that number of civilians in the U.S. and abroad since 9/11 through its police shootings, SWAT team raids, drone strikes and profit-driven efforts to police the globe, sell weapons to foreign nations, and foment civil unrest in order to keep the military industrial complex gainfully employed.

No, the U.S. government is not the citizenry’s friend, nor is it our protector, and life in the United States of America post-9/11 is no picnic.

In the interest of full disclosure, here are some of the things I don’t like about life in a post-9/11 America:

I don’t like being treated as if my only value to the government is as a source of labor and funds.

I don’t like being viewed as a consumer and bits of data.

I don’t like being spied on and treated as if I have no right to privacy, especially in my own home.

I don’t like government officials who lobby for my vote only to ignore me once elected. I don’t like having representatives incapable of and unwilling to represent me. I don’t like taxation without representation.

I don’t like being bullied by government bureaucrats, vigilantes masquerading as cops, or faceless technicians.

I don’t like being railroaded into financing government programs whose only purpose is to increase the power and wealth of the corporate elite.

I don’t like being forced to pay for wars abroad that serve no other purpose except to expand the reach of the military industrial complex.

I don’t like being subjected to scans, searches, pat downs and other indignities by the TSA.

I don’t like VIPR raids on so-called “soft” targets like shopping malls and bus depots by black-clad, Darth Vader look-alikes.

I don’t like fusion centers, which represent the combined surveillance efforts of federal, state and local law enforcement.

I don’t like being treated like an underling by government agents who are supposed to be working for me. I don’t like being threatened, intimidated, bribed, beaten and robbed by individuals entrusted with safeguarding my rights. I don’t like being silenced, censored and marginalized. I don’t like my movements being tracked, my conversations being recorded, and my transactions being catalogued.

I don’t like free speech zones, roving bubble zones and trespass laws that restrict Americans’ First Amendment rights.

I don’t like laws that criminalize Americans for otherwise lawful activities such as holding religious studies at home, growing vegetables in their yard, and collecting rainwater.

I don’t like the NDAA, which allows the president and the military to arrest and detain American citizens indefinitely.

I don’t like the Patriot Act, which opened the door to all manner of government abuses and intrusions on our privacy.

I don’t like the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which has become America’s standing army in direct opposition to the dire warnings of those who founded our country.

I don’t like military weapons such as armored vehicles, sound cannons and the like being used against the American citizens.

I don’t like government agencies such as the DHS, Post Office, Social Security Administration and Wildlife stocking up on hollow-point bullets. And I definitely don’t like the implications of detention centers being built that could house American citizens.

I don’t like the fact that police departments across the country “have received tens of thousands of machine guns; nearly 200,000 ammunition magazines; thousands of pieces of camouflage and night-vision equipment; and hundreds of silencers, armored cars and aircraft.”

I don’t like America’s infatuation with locking people up for life for non-violent crimes. There are thousands of people in America serving life sentences for non-violent crimes, including theft of a jacket, siphoning gasoline from a truck, stealing tools, and attempting to cash a stolen check.

I don’t like paying roughly $29,000 a year per inmate just to keep these nonviolent offenders in prison.

I don’t like having my hard-earned taxpayer dollars used against me.

I don’t like the partisan nature of politics today, which has so polarized Americans that they are incapable of standing in unity against the government’s abuses.

I don’t like the entertainment drivel that passes for news coverage today.

I don’t like the fact that those within a 25-mile range of the border are getting a front row seat to the American police state, as Border Patrol agents are now allowed to search people’s homes, intimately probe their bodies, and rifle through their belongings, all without a warrant.

I don’t like public schools that treat students as if they were prison inmates. I don’t like zero tolerance laws that criminalize childish behavior. I don’t like a public educational system that emphasizes rote memorization and test-taking over learning, synthesizing and critical thinking.

I don’t like police precincts whose primary purpose—whether through the use of asset forfeiture laws, speed traps, or red light cameras—is making a profit at the expense of those they have sworn to protect. I don’t like militarized police and their onerous SWAT team raids.

I don’t like Department of Defense and DHS programs that transfer surplus military hardware to local and state police. I don’t like local police dressing and acting as if they were the military while viewing me as an enemy combatant.

I don’t like government programs that reward cops for raiding homes and terrorizing homeowners.

I don’t like being treated as if I have no rights.

I don’t like cash-strapped states cutting deals with private corporations to run the prisons in exchange for maintaining 90% occupancy rates for at least 20 years. I don’t like the fact that American prisons have become the source of cheap labor for Corporate America.

I don’t like answering to an imperial president who operates above the law.

I don’t like the injustice that passes for justice in the courts.

I don’t like prosecutors so hell bent on winning that they allow innocent people to suffer for crimes they didn’t commit.

I don’t like the double standards that allow government officials to break laws with immunity, while average Americans get the book thrown at them.

I don’t like cops who shoot first and ask questions later.

I don’t like police dogs being treated with more respect and afforded more rights than American citizens.

I don’t like living in a suspect society.

I don’t like Americans being assumed guilty until they prove their innocence.

I don’t like technology being used as a double-edged sword against us.

Most of all, I don’t like feeling as if there’s no hope for turning things around.

Now there are those who would suggest that if I don’t like things about this country, I should leave and go elsewhere. Certainly, there are those among my fellow citizens who are leaving for friendlier shores.

However, I’m not giving up on this country without a fight.

I plan to keep fighting, writing, speaking up, speaking out, shouting if necessary, filing lawsuits, challenging the status quo, writing letters to the editor, holding my representatives accountable, thinking nationally but acting locally, and generally raising a ruckus anytime the government attempts to undermine the Constitution and ride roughshod over the rights of the citizenry.

Our country may be in deep trouble, but all is not yet lost.

The first step begins with you.

1. Get educated. Know your rights. Take time to read the Constitution. Study and understand history because the tales of those who seek power and those who resist them is an age-old one. The Declaration of Independence is a testament to this struggle and the revolutionary spirit that overcame tyranny. Understand the vital issues of the day so that you can be cognizant of the threats to freedom. Stay informed about current events and legislation.

2. Get involved. Become actively involved in local community affairs, politics and legal battles. As the adage goes, “Think nationally, act locally.” America was meant to be primarily a system of local governments, which is a far cry from the colossal federal bureaucracy we have today. Yet if our freedoms are to be restored, understanding what is transpiring practically in your own backyard—in one’s home, neighborhood, school district, town council—and taking action at that local level must be the starting point. Responding to unmet local needs and reacting to injustices is what grassroots activism is all about. Getting involved in local politics is one way to bring about change.

3. Get organized. Understand your strengths and weaknesses and tap into your resources. Play to your strengths and assets. Conduct strategy sessions to develop both the methods and ways to attack the problem. Prioritize your issues and battles. Don’t limit yourself to protests and paper petitions. Think outside the box. Time is short, and resources are limited, so use your resources in the way they count the most.

4. Be creative. Be bold and imaginative, for this is guerilla warfare—not to be fought with tanks and guns but through creative methods of dissent and resistance. Creatively responding to circumstances will often be one of your few resources if you are to be an effective agent of change. Every creative effort, no matter how small, is significant.

5. Use the media. Effective use of the media is essential. Attracting media coverage not only enhances and magnifies your efforts, it is also a valuable education tool. It publicizes your message to a much wider audience.

6. Start brushfires for freedom. Take heart that you are not alone. You come from a long, historic line of individuals who have put their beliefs and lives on the line to keep freedom alive. Engage those around you in discussions about issues of importance. Challenge them to be part of a national dialogue. As I have often said, one person at a city planning meeting with a protest sign is an irritant. Three individuals at the same meeting with the same sign are a movement. You will find that those in power fear and respect numbers. This is not to say that lone crusaders are not important. There are times when you will find yourself totally alone in the stand you take. However, there is power in numbers. Politicians understand this. So get out there and start drumming up support for your cause.

7. Take action. Be prepared to mobilize at a moment’s notice. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re located or what resources are at your disposal. What matters is that you recognize the problems and care enough to do something about them. Whether you’re 8, 28 or 88 years old, you have something unique to contribute. You don’t have to be a hero. You just have to show up and be ready to take action.

8. Be forward-looking. Beware of being so “in the moment” that you neglect to think of the bigger picture. Develop a vision for the future. Is what you’re hoping to achieve enduring? Have you developed a plan to continue to educate others about the problems you’re hoping to tackle and ensure that others will continue in your stead? Take the time to impart the value of freedom to younger generations, for they will be at the vanguard of these battles someday.

9. Develop fortitude. What is it that led to the successful protest movements of the past headed by people such as Martin Luther King Jr.? Resolve. King refused to be put off. And when the time came, he was willing to take to the streets for what he believed and even go to jail if necessary. King risked having an arrest record by committing acts of nonviolent civil disobedience. A caveat is appropriate here. Before resorting to nonviolent civil disobedience, all reasonable alternatives should be exhausted. If there is an opportunity to alter the course of events through normal channels (for example, negotiation, legal action or legislation), they should be attempted.

10. Be selfless and sacrificial. Freedom is not free—there is always a price to be paid and a sacrifice to be made. If any movement is to be truly successful, it must be manned by individuals who seek a greater good and do not waver from their purposes. It will take boldness, courage and great sacrifice. Rarely will fame, power and riches be found at the end of this particular road. Those who travel it inevitably find the way marked by hardship, persecution and strife. Yet there is no easy way.

11. Remain optimistic and keep hope alive. Although our rights are increasingly coming under attack, we still have certain freedoms. As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, we can still fight back. We have the right to dissent, to protest and even to vigorously criticize or oppose the government and its laws. The Constitution guarantees us these rights. In a country such as the United States, a citizen armed with a knowledge of the Bill of Rights and the fortitude to stand and fight can still be a force to be reckoned with, but it will mean speaking out when others are silent.

Practice persistence, along with perseverance, and the possibilities are endless. You can be the voice of reason. Use your voice to encourage others. Much can be accomplished by merely speaking out. Oftentimes, all it takes is one lone voice to get things started. So if you really care and you’re serious and want to help change things for the better, dust off your First Amendment tools and take a stand—even if it means being ostracized by those who would otherwise support you.

It won’t be easy, but take heart. And don’t give up.

Speculative Climate Chaos v. Indisputable Fossil Fuel Benefits – Paul Driessen

Judge William Alsup has a BS in engineering, has written computer programs for his ham radio hobby, delves deeply into the technical aspects of numerous cases before him, and even studied other programming languages for a complex Oracle v. Google lawsuit.

As presiding judge in People of the State of California v. BP, Chevron, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips and Royal Dutch Shell, he insisted that the litigants present their best scientific evidence for and against the state’s assertion that fossil fuel emissions are causing dangerous climate change. Now he wants to see, not just the alleged damages from burning oil, natural gas and coal – but also the immense benefits to humanity and the people of California from using those fuels for the past 150 years and more.

Environmental and climate activists, including cities pursuing climate lawsuits against oil companies, almost never acknowledge those benefits, which are far-reaching and indisputable. We can only hope attorneys Anne Champion, Philip Curtis, Diehl Kemper, et al. and friends of the court will do justice to the many blessings attributable to our use of these once unimaginable energy resources.

For countless millennia, our ancestors struggled to survive amid deprivation and backbreaking dusk-to-dawn labor, often on the brink of starvation – with the bulk of humanity living little better than their domesticated animals. Average nasty, brutish and short life expectancy hovered in the low thirties.

But then, suddenly and miraculously, in barely two centuries, health, prosperity and longevity began to climb. First coal, then oil, then natural gas paved the way, providing the fuels for transportation, communication, refrigeration, electricity and other incredible technologies that improve, enhance, safeguard and save lives. Incomes increased eleven-fold. Mass die-offs so confidently predicted by Malthus and Ehrlich never materialized. In fact, global life spans more than doubled, and today billions of people enjoy living standards that even kings and queens could not dream of 120 years ago.

Sadly, equal numbers of people still struggle on the edge of survival. A billion and a half are still without electricity, two billion still exist on a few dollars a day, and millions still die every year from insect-borne, lung and intestinal diseases – largely because they still burn wood and dung, instead of fossil fuels.

In 1900, New York City’s 3.4 million people relied on 100,000 horses whose “tailpipes” emitted 2.5 million pounds of manure and 60,000 gallons of urine every day. Sanitation crews cleaned it up, dumped it mostly in local rivers, and hauled dead horses to rendering plants. Farmers devoted thousands of acres just to growing horse feed. Imagine what today’s 8.6 million NYC residents would require and emit.

Today, far more powerful, far less polluting, trucks, cars, buses, trains, subways and airplanes move people, food and products far more quickly and efficiently. They take us to work, school and worship services; to the grocery, bank, drug store, doctor and restaurant; to movies, picnics and sporting events. Fire trucks help us battle devastating conflagrations, and ambulances take our injured to hospitals.

All these vehicles (internal combustion and electric) exist because of, are fueled by – and travel on roadways made with fossil fuels: asphalt from oil, metal and concrete manufactured using fossil fuels.

Even electric cars require oil, gas and coal for manufacturing and recharging. Indeed, the earth-moving machines, drilling rigs and production platforms, pipelines, foundries, factories and other technologies needed to extract, process and fabricate raw materials into the world around us exist because of fossil fuels. Every bit of metal, plastic, concrete, wood, fabric and food we see results from fossil fuels. Even wind turbines, solar panels and biofuels are impossible without the fuels that California so loves to hate.

Medical devices, computers, cell phones, radios and televisions, kitchen appliances, household and office heating and air conditioning, millions of other products of every description require fossil fuels for their components, manufacturing and daily operation. The schools and research laboratories that made our amazing technologies and other advancements possible are themselves made possible by fossil fuels.

The modern agricultural equipment and practices that feed the world share the same ancestry: tractor and harvester fuel, ammonia fertilizer from natural gas, pesticides and herbicides from petrochemicals. Carbon dioxide from burning these fuels helps crop, forage, forest and grassland plants grow faster and better, with less water and better resistance to droughts and diseases. Our bounteous grain and other crops mean fewer famines, except where forced starvation is used to subdue and eliminate enemies.

Indeed, between 1961 and 2011, the total monetary value of CO2 enhancement for 45 crops reached an estimated cumulative value of $3.2 trillion! Carbon dioxide’s annual enrichment value rose from $19 billion in 1961 to $140 billion in 2010. Between 2012 and 2050, these benefits will total $9.8 trillion!

Pharmaceutical and cosmetic products all have their roots in petrochemicals – as do paints, synthetic fibers and plastics. Hockey and football players are dressed head to toe in fossil-fuel-sourced materials.

High-rise office and residential buildings made possible by steel and concrete allow our cities to grow upward, instead of just outward, preserving millions of acres of wildlife habitats and scenic areas.

Then there’s electricity. Look around you, and try to imagine your life without this wondrous, pervasive energy source. Electricity was properly ranked humanity’s second most significant innovation of the past 6,000 years, after the printing press! It has created, shaped, defined and powered the modern world, and facilitated virtually every technological achievement of the past century. Electrification of nations is undeniably the world’s most significant engineering and life-enhancing achievement of the past century.

Economic growth, quality of life and longevity are directly correlated to sufficient, reliable, affordable electricity. In today’s world, nothing happens without it: communication, transportation and research; the operation of every home, office, hospital, factory and airport; refrigeration to preserve food and medicine; heating and air conditioning to save lives and enable people to survive and prosper in any climate.

Electrification will be increasingly important in the 21st century, and world electricity consumption is forecast to double within four decades, as electricity supplies an increasing share of the world’s ever-increasing energy demand. Fossil fuels will continue generating at least 75% of electricity, even in 2050.

Hydroelectric and nuclear (which radical environmentalists also despise and oppose), a bit of geothermal, and a smattering of unreliable, weather-determined wind and solar power will supply the rest. The land, resource and environmental impacts of building and operating wind and solar must also be considered.

Social media and internet search engines (to run biased searches for alarmist climate news) also depend on electricity – 91.4% of which was generated by fossil fuels, nuclear and hydro in 2016 in the USA.

Increased productivity generated by all these technologies creates the leisure time and wealth that enable everyone to enjoy evenings, weekends and holidays – and the fossil fuel transportation to go places (including to faraway, exotic locales and 5-star hotels for IPCC climate change confabs).

Finally, aside from nuclear-powered ships, our highly mechanized military gets there “the fastest with the mostest” thanks to fossil fuels, to combat terrorism and provide for our national defense.

Judge Alsup’s case is thus really about highly speculative manmade climate disasters versus indisputable fossil fuel benefits – as further documented here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here and elsewhere. Indeed, today’s undeniable fossil fuel benefits outweigh any hypothesized climate, sea level and other costs by literally orders of magnitude: at least 50:1 to more than 200:1.

Barring major efficiency, battery storage and other technology improvements, renewable energy cannot possibly replace fossil fuels. Judge Alsup has no choice but to rule in favor of the oil company defendants … and all who rely on oil, gas and coal for the countless, life-enhancing benefits barely touched on here.
